Resources to support the implementation of the ACT curriculum framework will be progressively published from 2008 as schools work with the framework.

Background research

Publications and website links are provided for those interested in reading more about the background research and key thinking that underpinned the development of each Essential Learning Achievement in the framework.

Units and lessons

Sample units of work and lesson outlines have been developed by teachers and curriculum officers working with teachers to illustrate ways of using the framework to develop teaching and learning programs and activities. Teachers need to give careful consideration to the usefulness of the sample units and lessons within the context of their own students’ needs and school’s curriculum plan.
